How does Tellisto's pricing work?

The Freelancer plan is free for life, however any online sales your receive through Tellisto incur a 15% commission after card fees. Tellisto Professional costs $25 per month when billed annually ($300/year) and $30 per month when billed monthly. Tellisto Professional Early Access Deal costs $12 per month and is billed annually ($144/year), it is a special offer to celebrate Tellisto's opening to the public and is available only for a limited time.

*All online payments incur a 3.25% +55c card transaction fee imposed by our payment processor. We are working hard to minimise this fee and will always pass on in full any reduction we obtain on this rate.

Is the Freelancer plan really free?

Yes! We believe in helping all photographers, no matter their size.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Your Tellisto subscription can be paid with any major credit or debit card.

Are there storage limits for file sharing?

Our Freelancer plan includes 1GB and our Professional plan includes 50GB of file storage. This storage can be used for proofing images, and file delivery. There is no limit on how many files can be shared at one time.

Can I upgrade my storage?

Storage upgrades will be coming soon to Tellisto on all of our paid plans.

Will emails and invoices show my own branding?

Our paid plans allow you to customize the colours and logos on client facing emails and pages.

Where is Tellisto available?

Tellisto is currently available to those in Australia and New Zealand. World domination will be happening shortly.

How secure is Tellisto?

Protecting the data you trust to Tellisto is a core value to us. Tellisto uses physical, procedural, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. We regularly back up your data to prevent data loss and aid in recovery. You information is end-to-end encrypted in SHA-256 with RSA, and sensitive information is further encrypted in transit and at rest.
