Automations

Automated client emails, in your words, at every step of the job.

Tellisto has an email ready for each key step of a job, from replying to an enquiry to telling the client their gallery is ready. You turn each one on with a switch instead of building a funnel, and every email goes out under your studio's name.

The enquiry reply and the gallery delivery email are switched on from day one. Everything else stays off until you turn it on.

What's inside

Live now, and included on every plan.

  • Built-in emails for the main steps of a job: reply to an enquiry, confirm a booking, send the invoice with its pay link, send a receipt for a payment, and deliver the gallery.
  • Every email is fully branded, with your studio's name, your logo in the header and your accent colour on the button. Your clients hear from your studio, not from us.
  • Edit each email's subject and body once, and Tellisto sends your version every time after that.
  • Each email has an on/off switch. Turn on the ones you want and leave the rest off. There's no flowchart to learn.
  • A full send log on the client's timeline shows exactly what went to whom, and when.
  • If a trigger fires twice, the email still goes out only once.
  • Tellisto also reminds you about things that are easy to miss: a gallery the client hasn't opened, an enquiry nobody has answered, a keen lead who has stopped replying. You get one short reminder with one thing to do, and never more than one a week.

How it runs your week

What it changes about an ordinary week.

Starts as a template, ends up sounding like you

Every email comes with a simple template to start from. Rewrite as much or as little as you like until it sounds like you. From then on, every enquiry, booking and delivery gets your best version of that message, sent on time.

Two of them are already on

The enquiry reply and the gallery delivery email run from the day you sign up. Those are the two times silence costs you most. A lead who hears nothing assumes you never saw their message. A client who hears nothing for three days wonders whether their photos ever arrived. You can rewrite both, or switch them off, but most people leave them on.

Only the emails a job needs

There are no drip campaigns, sequences or growth hacks. There's a short list of steps in a real photography job, each with one email sent at the right time, and you decide which ones you want.

Works with

Each part connects to the next.

Every part of Tellisto passes the job on to the next, from enquiry to delivery, so you never type the same details twice.

Frequently asked questions

Questions photographers ask

Will my clients be able to tell it's automated?

They'll see your studio's name and your words. Only the timing is automatic, and nobody has ever complained that a photographer replied promptly.

Can I change what the emails say?

Yes, all of it. You can edit the subject and body of each email. Tellisto handles when it sends and how it gets there, and the words are yours.

What if I'd rather send everything myself?

Leave every switch off. The rest of Tellisto works the same, and if you turn any on later, the send log shows them.

Will these land me in a spam folder?

They shouldn't. Each one goes to one person, about their own booking, invoice or gallery, and they're already dealing with you. There's no bulk mailing list and nothing that looks like marketing.
