Every booking comes with its tasks laid out across the job: before the shoot, during production, and after. Each task is timed from the shoot date. One tasks view gathers them from every booking into overdue, today and this week. The night before a shoot, you work through a list instead of scrambling.
The booking card shows the deposit against the total, so you never scroll a bank statement to see who has paid what. The invoice collects the money, and the booking shows how much has come in.
Connect the calendars you already use, such as your personal one, your day job's, or the one the family shares. Tellisto removes those busy hours from your booking page before a client sees it. It only reads whether you're free or busy, never what an event is called. Your bookings also go the other way, into the calendar app you already check. A shoot you confirm on the laptop is on your phone by the time you've closed the lid.
When the shoot date moves, every task timed from it moves too. Change one field and the reminder, the prep and the delivery deadlines all update. Yes. A booking doesn't need a client attached, so you can pencil in the date as soon as it's mentioned and add the client when the deposit arrives.
You set a deposit against the booking's total, and the card shows both. Send the deposit as an invoice with its own pay link. When the client pays by PayID or bank transfer, mark it paid in a click.
Each booking starts from a template of the tasks photographers most often forget, timed from the shoot date. Add your own, tick them off, or skip any that don't apply to a job.
Not once you've connected that calendar. Its busy times are removed from your booking page. They also show greyed out on your Tellisto calendar, so you can check the time is blocked. Tellisto only reads whether you're free or busy, never what an event is called. Your free slots update each time the calendars sync, not instantly, so give a last-minute appointment a moment to show up before you rely on it.
