The gallery is the keepsake
After a newborn or family session, families come back to the gallery for years. It opens on a page branded as your studio, with your name on it. It suits small, carefully chosen galleries, and it shows your work the way you’d want it seen.
They come back as the family grows
The newborn has a first birthday, and a few years later you’re shooting a family of four. Tellisto keeps each client’s whole history on their client record. Families who haven’t booked for a while go onto a rebook list, so you can reach them before whoever runs an ad does. You write the note, and Tellisto reminds you there’s one to write.
The admin, in the same app
Bookings, GST-correct invoices and follow-up emails are in the same app as your galleries, all under your brand. You spend your time with families, not on admin.
The Client Vault
Your clients keep their gallery, and on Pro you earn from it.
When you deliver a gallery, your client can choose to keep it. They get everything you delivered, at full resolution, for as long as they keep renewing. They pay a small amount each year, and on Pro you earn about half of every renewal. So a gallery you delivered three years ago can still be paying you today.

Is it safe to share photos of my clients' babies?
Yes, and it's the part of Tellisto I take most seriously. Mark a gallery Private and it shows nothing at all until it's unlocked. There's no cover photo, no preview when the link is shared in a group chat, and search engines can't see it. Visitors see a plain page in your colours asking for the access code. You can make Private the default for every new gallery. Every link is unguessable anyway. Location metadata is stripped from every client copy by default, so a newborn session shot at home doesn't carry the family's address inside the files.
My galleries are small but frequent. Does the free plan fit?
Often, yes. Newborn and family galleries are usually small, so 20 GB and two live galleries at a time go a long way. When your diary fills up, Pro gives you unlimited live galleries and 1 TB.
Will families come back?
They do when you get in touch at the right moment. Tellisto tracks when each client last booked. Families who haven't booked for a while go onto a rebook list, so they don't get lost in a long client list. For milestones, add a dated task to the booking, such as inviting a newborn client to a first-birthday session before the birthday. Tellisto reminds you when the date comes. You still choose who to contact, because a note from you beats any automated email.
