- A list of packages you reuse. Each has a name, a description and your price.
- Optional extras: give a package a number of included images and a price per extra image, or leave that out and sell all-inclusive. Both work equally well.
- Each item gets its proper tax treatment, including GST-free, so when GST applies to you the invoice maths is always right.
- Applying a package copies it onto the booking and locks it there. Editing your packages later never changes a past job. Price a standard listing shoot once, reuse it
- Retire a package without deleting it. Inactive packages stop appearing for new bookings, and old bookings keep theirs.
- Package line items go straight into the invoice, alongside any one-off lines you type yourself.

Questions photographers ask
How does GST work in packages?
Only when you need it. If you're under the registration threshold and not charging GST, Tellisto leaves it out. When you are registered, prices include GST the way Australian clients expect. Each item gets its proper tax treatment, including GST-free where that applies, and the invoice maths follows from there.
If I change a package, what happens to old bookings?
Nothing. Raise your prices whenever you like. The package was copied onto the booking when you applied it, so past jobs keep the price they were sold at. Only new bookings get the new prices.
Can I do one-off custom pricing?
Yes. Type one-off line items straight onto a booking or invoice, next to (or instead of) a package. Packages save you time, but you don't have to use them.
What's the included-images-plus-extras model?
You sell a package that includes, say, forty images, with a price per extra image. Clients pick their favourites in the gallery. When they go past forty, Tellisto counts the extras for you to invoice. So when a client asks for 'just one more', you get paid for it instead of giving it away. It's optional. If you deliver all-inclusive, leave those two fields empty and you won't see any of it.
